| Parsley is a bi-annual plant from 25 to 80 cm in height. Very aromatic with crumpling ,characteristic odor. Stems striated ,and the leaves are glabrous(without hairs). The leaves ,shining green are doubly divided ,especially those of the rost ,the higher leaves having often only three narrow and lengthened lobes. The flowers , of a greenish yellow color on the white in full flowering, are grouped parasol made up including 8 to 20 rays. The umbellates are provided with invulcelle with many (bracts) . | The common basil is an annual plant from 20 to 60 cm in height ,with ovals leaves (lanceolates) ,reaching 2 to 3 cm.
